The ‘Year Book’ Awards

end of year 2020 book awards

It’s almost the end of the year! Feels like it took 2000 years to get here, but we’ve made it.

If there was one benefit to quarantine it’s that both of us got to read wayyyyyy more books than we would have otherwise. Books were a form of escapism before 2020 and they definitely were this year.

Since it’s the end of the year we thought we’d do some End of Year Book awards, à la high school yearbook superlatives.

So, here’s a look back at some the most popular, funniest, and most likely to succeed books we read in 2020!

(Amber’s answers are on the left and Samantha’s are on the right.)

    1. Thank you! And honestly, Addie LaRue is just so beautiful! I hadn’t expected to like it and it just blew me away. I think I’m still hurting from reading The Nightingale. I’m really looking forward to how they adapt it into a movie. – Amber
