2020 is *finally* over. I know I have said this a lot, but honestly, this year felt like it had 86 months. When putting together this wrap-up I had completely forgot I’d even read some of these books this year. I honestly thought I read them three years ago…maybe I did. I have no concept of time anymore.
2020 was an interesting reading year for me. I read more books this year than I probably have in the last two years, one part due to being in quarantine for 97 months and the other part due to starting this blog. This blog has been an idea that Samantha and I have been throwing around since we met. This year we finally decided to say why not, let’s do it, and maybe someone out there will want to read our rants on books.
Turns out people did and it’s made this rollercoaster of a year so much more enjoyable. So, I just want to thank everyone who has read our blog since it started. Everyone who has liked, commented, followed, tagged, and just read the words we wrote. It means the world to us both and I can’t thank you all enough. I’m really looking forward to all the reading and blogging adventures that 2021 will bring.
So, without further ado, I read 66 books in 2020. It’s a far cry from Samantha’s 9342, but I met my Goodreads Reading Challenge goal, hacked away at a bunch of books on my TBR, read some amazing new releases, and discovered new books and authors.
